About the Visioner

Bishop. Dr. Fred Okhimamhe is based in Auchi,Edo State, Nigeria. He was saved in 1973 and was called into the ministry in January 1975. God mandated him to start a Church in March 19,1989. The Church has planted 22 other Churches as at 2015 with over 42 pastors under his leadership.He was ordained in November 1989 and was consecrated a Bishop by the Kingdom Of God We Care Ministries,USA in the year 1999. He is currently the President / Bishop of the Gospelwatch Ministries Incorporated and the Living Gospel Outreach Church International Incorporated. He is the current President/Founder of the Victory Bible Training Institute and Seminary in Auchi. He is a fellow of the World Mission Foundation Bible Institute.He was made an Honorary Citizen of the City of Natchez, Mississippi, USA in November 9 ,1999 by the Mayor of the City,Mr Larry Butch. He is a licensed and ordained member of the International Ministerial Council of Great Britain, London and a member of International Communion of Charismatic Churches, Atlanta,Georgia,USA.

Outreaches / Conferences / Seminars
With a great burden in his heart, Bishop Fred Okhimamhe launched several evangelistic and church planting programmes. A City- wide crusade was organised in March 2003 with Rev. Ayo Oritsejafor of the Word of Life,Warri as the Guest Speakers..

Conferences:
The Annual National Conference of the Ministry is always the 3rd week of March. Leadership / workers Conferences are also organised to equip leadership. National Men's, Youth's, Women's, Agape are also organised yearly. Details can be obtained by emailing the office for interested participants and international ministers who want to visit Nigeria for mission work.

The Leadership Development vision took off in 2001 under an outfit called the International Christian Leadership Network (ICLN). He has organized seminars in several parts of Nigeria,United States of America, Germany and London. Some of the lectures in its first module include:
